User clicks a link to download or access a spreadsheet in Excel Online.

The file is formatted with an activity that the user will complete.

Some data in the spreadsheet is variable - dates, amounts, text, position on the worksheet - that must be inserted prior to the user seeing the file.

Each user receives a different version.

This process is completed for multiple spreadsheets with different activities.
